Prof. Luke Berean, Ph.D. - Author

In my teen years, I set a goal to enter a career where I could help people. So I earned my Ph.D. in psychology from the University of California and became a practicing licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed marriage counselor in California. I have several decades of experience in dating relationship counseling, pre-marriage personality assessment and counseling, and marriage counseling, and in training doctoral students in relationship counseling and clinical psychology. I became an internationally distinguished university professor, teaching and conducting research at the University of California, Harvard University, U.S.C., and the University of Florida. Along the way, I’ve been interviewed about relationship issues by CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, BBC, CBN, AP, and many other radio & TV stations, and newspapers. As a published author on applying the international research on how relationships work in the most contented couples, I’ve been invited to deliver 100s of lectures in universities and community centers in dozens of countries in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. To protect the identity of couples described in this book, names and other identifying details of their stories have been changed. I use a pen name to further protect the privacy and the confidentiality of my 100’s of relationship counseling clients I describe in my writing, because they might otherwise be recognized because of their relationship with me.

With eight years of dedicated experience, Aaron focuses on coaching men to become leaders, guiding them to approach women confidently, conquer dating anxiety, and excel in life.

His motivation stems from the belief that improving men’s understanding of women positively impacts the world. Having triumphed over his own dating challenges, he brings distinctive insights and empathy to mentor and transform others. Besides the dating arena, his interests extend to Mixed Martial Arts, specifically Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing.

He is a self-taught guitar and piano player, showcasing his talents in various situations. Additionally, he has mastered dancing through persistent practice. These diverse passions provide a unique perspective on life, relationships, and personal growth, making Aaron the optimal choice for coaching and leadership in this domain.
